This platform provides Investors, Capital Market Operators and other Self-Regulating Organizations (SROs) to lodge their complaints about service failure, unfair treatment, maladministration of accounts, grievances and other such complaints as they relate to the services provided by the Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) Plc only.

The platform is also an avenue whereby operational issues, conflicts, disputes, abuses and cases of wrong doing between CSCS and market participants can be reported and addressed with the possibility of an amicable resolution.

Please note that at CSCS, the complainant’s right to be heard will not be denied and he/she shall be treated respectfully throughout the resolution process.
